Glass Wall Sculpture 

Easily hangs on wall with attached and included metal bracket.

Bright red-orange ripples, sparkling iridescence, and complex patterned murrine abut a grid of gray tiles seamed with black mortar. Glass powder wafers stand proud of the surface, inviting you to touch them each time you walk by.

• 17" tall, 7" wide
• Stands off the wall on a 1" deep metal cleat

The glass cylinders are sections individually cut from hand-pulled glass cane which I create by heating glass to 1500 degrees and pulling it into rods while molten in a modern-day adaptation of the 16th century techniques of the Murano glassmakers.

Fused, cold worked and slumped in a shallow curve, this piece stands 1” off the wall on a round metal cleat.
