About the artists...

Inspired by their backyard, father and son team Ted and Nathaniel handcraft wood home decor based on natural forms, recreating the distinctive characteristics of an actual flower - form, color and texture - for each design.

Constructing delicate flowers from wood requires careful design and perpetual patience. From making the first thin cuts in an ash board to sanding, shaping, staining, assembling and finishing, each bloom is handled at least 30 times before it's placed in an arrangement.
